Hi! I’m DJ Tony De Maria.
I’ve been behind the decks for over 20 years — since I was 16, actually. What started in clubs and private events in New York and Washington D.C. grew into a career that’s taken me up and down the East Coast, from Philadelphia to Asheville. I've worked movie premieres, MTV events, packed dancefloors — but there’s nowhere I’d rather be than at a wedding.
Why Weddings?
There’s nothing like a wedding — the joy, the energy, the people, the love. I get to help couples throw one of the best parties of their lives, surrounded by the people who matter most. And I don’t take that lightly. The planning, the pacing, the precision — I’m in it with you. Because when it’s right, the music doesn’t just play. It lands.
My Approach
For me, a great wedding DJ isn’t the star of the show — they’re the one who makes sure the spotlight always feels right. I collaborate with planners, photographers, and family to keep everything flowing. I read the room. I stay tuned in. Every set is custom, every transition intentional, and the goal is always the same: a dancefloor that feels like you.
A Little More About Me
When I’m not DJing, I’m a dad, a music nerd, and a vinyl collector (my shelves are full — and I still find excuses to dig). I love a good hike, a relaxing Sunday, and watching my girl light up when music comes on in the living room. Weddings let me bring all of that joy into my work — and I’m grateful every time I get to do it.
